The Cooking Array // Chia Seed Delight

Want to know a little secret? Sure you do. Everyone loves a good secret. Well, I found just the pudding that 1. Is good for you and 2. Is loaded with antioxidants, vitamins, minerals and fiber! How and where can you get this pudding you ask? With just a few simple ingredients, you can be on your way to making & enjoying a healthy, savory pudding.

Whether you’re looking for an afternoon snack or wanting to make something fun and simple with your kids, try this out and you won’t be disappointed.

Ingredients:
¼ c raw, organic Chia seeds
1 c Almond or Hazelnut milk (unsweetened)
½ Tbs. raw cacao powder
Stevia to sweeten

Directions:
Place Chia seeds in bowl. In a blender, blend the milk, cacao powder and stevia until mixed well and desired level of sweetness is reached. Pour over chia seeds, mix well. Let stand for at least 15 minutes before mixing again. Serve & enjoy!
