Collect // School's Out Forever

Leading up to my big day, I had a few ideas in mind of how I wanted to celebrate my graduation. After a lot of thought and effort, I chose to go with a small & sweet intimate dinner with some of my closest.

My family is great in the kitchen, and since we are in Fall, I thought it would be fun to serve all things COZY. The cocktail on the menu was the Autumn Sangria. It was a mix of Red wine, Brandy, cloves, and cinnamon. For dinner (the best part of the evening) we served my family's classic Lasagna, Italian salad, and garlic bread. Yummy! And to top off the great night, we served a delicious warm Blueberry Cobbler & Brownies ala mode!

For the feel of the night, I wanted everyone to imagine like they were at a restaurant. So, I put together long tables & chose ferns and tall, simple candle sticks for the center pieces. Each utensil holder was wrapped in linen with a stem of rosemary to add a touch of greenery.

The night was full of smiles, warmth, and full bellies - everything I wanted it to be.
