What a Fox // Holiday Kisses

I know it’s been a little tough to get into the Holiday season this year-with time flying by and all of the Cali sunshine we’ve been experiencing. I had to find a way to feel like Christmas was approaching, and fast. So what color do we usually associate Christmas and the Holiday season with? Red. Here are a few things that helped me get into the Holiday spirit this year.

Meet the latest beauty products currently in my makeup bag. 

The oh so sexy, but classic red lippy, Russian Red, from MAC. This lip is perfect if you’re feeling a little “bad ass” and want to pair it with an all-black outfit #blackonblackonblack . Just add some Rag & Bone Skinny’s w/ holes and you got yourself a bad mama jama! Now, enough about the jeans, and more about the Russian Red. I know matte lipsticks can be a little hard to wear-with them being a little too heavy and drying your lips, but not this one! It’s a much creamier matte that stays on, literally, all night. Even after an avocado roll, miso soup, a coke, and a sweet kiss by my hottie of a bf. Yes, I do realize I just told you my whole meal, but you get my point.

The next item in my bag is the red nail polish from H&M. It’s captivating and bright, and screams attention. Great polish, that surprisingly stays on for a few days. Usually goes for about $4.95, but I stayed up all night and got lucky (see what I did there) and scored it for $1! It’s not too orange, and not to purple, it’s just the right red.

And last, I decided to include the powder from the Sephora Collection 8, HR Mattifying Compact Foundation. With all of the holiday parties coming up, I want to make sure I cover what I want, when I want. It’s the best combination of smooth & silky. For those of you who know me, know that I would rather go au natural… That’s why I’m really excited to share this great product and tell you that this powder really is lightweight and comfortable to wear!
